Warranty Policy

1. Terms of return

- For orders that Picomat is responsible for shipping: Picomat commits to take full responsibility for product-related problems when the order is not completed.

- For delivery orders that you choose to transport, transport by yourself, or transport via transit vehicles, you will be solely responsible for the order if there is a problem with the product not being intact.

- The customer is responsible for checking the order right after receiving the goods, if you find that the goods are damaged, not intact, the wrong product, thickness, color, size... you should contact us immediately. delivery staff and notify Picomat's sales department.

After you complete the inspection and sign the order, Picomat is not responsible for returning the product to the customer unless it is due to a technical defect of the product.

- With Picomat standard board products, ready-to-use products: Customers can exchange products if they have not been used. The exchanged product must have the original stamp, not damaged, not dirty, not scratched, dented... and confirmed by Picomat's staff.

- With surface coating products of all kinds (PVC, Laminate, Acrylic, Eco veneer), ordered according to size: Picomat is not responsible for return and exchange for these products except in case of technical defects of the manufacturer. .

- The new product must have a value equal to or higher than the value of the exchanged product.

2. Warranty Policy

Picomat warrants the product in case the product has a technical defect.

2.1 Picomat does not warrant in the following cases:

- The product is not stored properly.

- The product is damaged due to improper use of the user manual.

- The product is damaged due to mechanical impact such as: being dropped, bumped, scratched, dented, wet, etc.

- The product shows signs of damage caused by animals or insects or by fire or natural disaster.

2.2 Warranty period

Picomat is responsible for returning goods to customers in case of technical problems of the manufacturer and the product is still within the warranty period: 6 months from the date of delivery or with a purchase invoice of Picomat.

2.3 Warranty form

When there are any problems arising during the use of the product, please contact Picomat for advice and warranty. All forms of warranty need to be checked and confirmed by Picomat staff.
